I’ve immersed myself in the practice of yoga for over 15 years, both as a dedicated student and a passionate teacher. I discovered yoga in 2009, during a time when I was searching for direction in my life. Yoga brought me a sense of inner peace and contentment that I hadn’t experienced before and has remained a constant anchor in my life ever since. My curiosity to delve deeper into this ancient philosophy led me to study a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in 2018. That transformational month inspired me to spread the teachings of yoga through regular classes, workshops, retreats, and teacher trainings.

My goal is to share the benefits that yoga has brought to my life with others. It brings me immense joy and gratitude to guide and witness the positive impact yoga has, helping us connect to our essence and shine our light a bit brighter.

“Yoga teaches us to cure what need not be endured and endure what cannot be cured.”

B.K.S. Iyengar

I aim to create a welcoming and inclusive environment, so that no matter your body type, age or level of experience, everyone can benefit from the gifts of yoga. I have a holistic approach including the physical, emotional and spiritual bodies in my classes, encouraging you to strengthen the body, calm the mind and uplift the spirit, and offering a safe space for you to connect to your true nature and to accept whatever is arising within you.
